Background / History
Shi Hao comes from the Shi family associated with the Martial King Manor. His grandfather is the Great Demon God, who was away seeking opportunities for him when his eldest aunt dug out his Supreme Bone. The stolen bone ended up in his older cousin Shi Yi, turning the cousins into enemies 18 30 47.
His parents sent him to Stone Village, where the village chief hoped to restore him to his former condition. The theft also left him separated from his parents and deeply hostile toward the Rain Clan, whom he recognized as responsible for his suffering 6 18.
Before Shi Xiu’s rise, Shi Hao was the child the Willow Deity cared for most in Stone Village. His cultivation talent remained exceptional even without his Supreme Bone 2 15.
Appearance
- Youthful appearance: Initially described as a child under ten; later appears barely into his teens 2 29.
- Handsome features: During the Battle of the Two Stones, observers describe him as handsome and radiating powerful energy 30.
- Supreme Bone manifestation: Golden light bursts from his chest when he activates the bone, making him resemble a descending deity 30.
Personality
Shi Hao is cheerful, mischievous, and intensely food-driven. He interprets the Willow Deity’s advice to stay close to Shi Xiu as a promise of more meat, treats powerful beasts as prospective meals, and even asks when they can eat Shi Xiu’s Golden Peng. His teasing extends to Shi Xiu’s romantic affairs, particularly his habit of calling Huo Ling’er “fatty” 2 5 6 20.
His carefree behavior conceals lasting grief over his family and the stolen Supreme Bone. News of his parents immediately quiets him, while encounters with the Rain Clan provoke open fury. He insists on facing Shi Yi himself rather than relying entirely on Shi Xiu’s protection, showing maturity beyond his apparent age 6 15 16 29.
He is brave enough to challenge stronger opponents, including Shi Xiu in a friendly spar. Against Shi Yi, that courage becomes ruthlessness: he deliberately leaves his cousin barely alive so he can deliver a final blow himself 15 30.
Abilities & Skills
Supreme Bone
Shi Hao’s innate Supreme Bone is stolen in childhood, recovered from Shi Yi by Shi Xiu, and restored by the Willow Deity. At least sixty percent of its power had been suppressed while it belonged to Shi Yi 18 19.
- Heavenly Tribulation Light: Releases devastating golden energy from his chest. A point-blank strike critically injures Shi Yi and overwhelms the radiance of his remaining Double Pupil 30.
- Higher-level combat: The bone is described as capable of helping Shi Hao kill enemies two tiers above him 25.
- Restoration requirements: After transplantation, the bone needs nurturing because it retains traces of Shi Yi’s aura 18.
- Usage limit: It cannot be used repeatedly without consequence; Huo Ling’er stops Shi Hao from continuing to fight after his attack on Shi Yi 30.
Suanni Precious Technique
Shi Xiu kills a wounded Suanni and helps Shi Hao extract its precious technique. Shi Hao gains initial insight in less than two hours, then consolidates his understanding with the Willow Deity 10 15.
