If Ōtsutsuki Isshiki could be captured, then capture him; if not, kill him outright. Jiraiya could have returned directly to Mount Myōboku and then come back here. But now, Tsunade felt that she would probably never see Jiraiya again. The thought filled her with pain. Was Jiraiya an idiot? Why would he do something like this?
