Background

Kenichi began as Orochimaru’s Genin disciple and a researcher driven by the need to become stronger. While still in Konoha, he agreed to escort the traumatized Kakashi Hatake home at Kushina Uzumaki’s request, despite finding the attempted friendship inconvenient. He also learned Genjutsu partly as insurance against Orochimaru’s potential use of him as a reincarnation vessel. 5

His early research culminated in obtaining Hashirama Senju’s Sage Body. The resulting increase in Chakra and talent convinced him that exceptional innate ability was essential to reaching the highest levels of strength. His Cheat System subsequently assigned him research involving Uzumaki genetics and the construction of his own laboratory. 6

After becoming a rogue ninja, Kenichi operated across the Ninja World under disguises such as a merchant. He joined Orochimaru in Akatsuki, where Nagato tested his abilities and recruited him after witnessing his spontaneous Sage Mode. 47 50 53

Kenichi expanded his work beyond Ninjutsu, combining Chakra with explosives, puppetry, agriculture, genetics, artificial intelligence, cloning, and transportation technology. He eventually used military power, political maneuvering, and scientific infrastructure to unify the Ninja World under the Yan Nation. Later, Kenichi’s focus shifted toward the Ōtsutsuki Clan, Chakra Fruits, time, space, and interdimensional travel. Kenichi is intensely curious, pragmatic, and willing to pursue dangerous research personally when no substitute exists.
