Although Kenichi Amamiya found this modified leech rather interesting, since it was practically an absolute weapon of mass destruction against certain specific races and weaker races, he also knew that it would not be of much help against his current main enemy, the Otsutsuki Clan. The leech had very weak resistance to Chakra, and changing that would be difficult. More troublesome still, Kenichi could not determine how effective it would be against the Otsutsuki Clan. Thus, he had no intention of researching it further in that direction. Its greatest use to him lay in some more unusual applications. What Kenichi was currently researching was how to further improve this world's use of energy. Simply put, he planned to promote superconducting materials throughout his world so that they could have a greater effect. However, this was limited by a shortage of materials. Kenichi's current solution was to have Orochimaru's clones replicate them. The second option was to send people into space aboard spacecraft to mine resources. That was also a solution, though it was not particularly effective at present. Kenichi could only begin promoting it on a limited scale.
