Rayquaza was the ruler of the skies, practically one of the strongest Legendary Pokémon in existence.
Its temper was so damn fiery you could use it to start a fire.
Chen Shi remembered an earlier anime movie in which the space Pokémon Deoxys had come to this planet to find another of its kind. Rayquaza hadn't listened to a word of explanation and had gone straight for a fight.
Rayquaza wasn't one to reason with anyone.
If Chen Shi summoned it just to find out where it stood on the matter...
