After hearing Rayquaza's words, Chen Shi froze, unsure what Rayquaza could possibly need his help with.
But since Rayquaza had asked, he certainly couldn't refuse outright.
So Chen Shi said, "Go ahead. If there's anything I can help with, I'll do my best."
Chen Shi made sure not to promise too much, in case Rayquaza's request proved too difficult for him to fulfill.
After all, even an idiot could figure out that anything Rayquaza needed help with couldn't be a trivial matter.
Having finally settled the trouble with Groudon and Kyogre, Chen Shi didn't want to do anything else. He just wanted to go home and lie down.
Rayquaza said calmly, "Climb on. We'll talk at my place!"
As Rayquaza spoke, it lowered its head toward him, inviting him to sit on it.
Chen Shi stared blankly for two seconds, then broke into a smile brighter than a blooming flower.
"Sure, sure, sure! I'm coming right now!"
"Jirachi, quick, quick, quick! Get me up there!"
Chen Shi hurriedly urged Jirachi to use its psychic power to lift him onto Rayquaza's head.

Chen Shi had never even dared to dream of doing something like this.
Now Rayquaza was actually inviting him aboard. Why bother being polite?
He just had to hop on.
Everyone rolled their eyes at Chen Shi's goofy grin.
Deep down, though, they were insanely jealous.
Only Mew hid cautiously behind Cynthia, terrified that Rayquaza might notice it.
Then Cynthia sent Garchomp out again and jumped onto her back. Chen Shi recalled Metagross and waved to everyone.
"You guys go ahead. We'll meet in Sootopolis City!"
Before anyone could reply, Rayquaza shot into the sky with him, flying straight upward.
"Woohoo!"
