"Did I forget something?"
At the exit of Meteor Falls, Chen Shi scratched his head, unable to shake the feeling that he had forgotten something.
But Dragapult and Jirachi were both there, and most importantly, he had brought the Energy Meteorite out with him. It didn't seem like he had forgotten anything.
"Chen Shi, that was so exciting~" After they escaped, Jirachi patted its chest excitedly.
There was no sign of how frightened it had been earlier.
In all its years of life, this was the first time Jirachi had done anything so thrilling.
They had actually snatched the Energy Meteorite right in front of all those Pokémon fighting over it.
That was so much fun!
Chen Shi's attention was instantly diverted, and he stopped wondering what he had forgotten. "Jirachi, we're still not safe here. We need to take this rock out to sea."
"Out to sea? Where's the sea?" Jirachi asked in confusion.
"Over there." Chen Shi pointed in a direction. "Sorry for the trouble, Jirachi, but could you use Teleport to take us that way?"
The coast wasn't far from here. As long as he took the Energy Meteorite out to sea, his mission would be complete.
Jirachi clenched its little fists. "Okay!"
With that, Jirachi used Teleport, taking Chen Shi, Dragapult, and the Energy Meteorite along.
In a single flash, they appeared over a stretch of sea.
Chen Shi still didn't think it was safe enough, so he asked Jirachi to teleport a few more times before finally relaxing.
They were now who knew how far from land. Even if the Hoenn Three Gods fought here, they probably wouldn't endanger the mainland.
Looking at the Energy Meteorite before him, Chen Shi broke into a smile.
"I really am a little genius!"
