Jirachi happily swooped down from the mountaintop into Chen Shi's arms, as carefree as ever.
Mew returned with Victini and Hoopa Confined just then.
Rubbing Jirachi's head, Chen Shi smiled and said, "I'm fine now. You don't need to worry, Jirachi."
"Mhm!" Jirachi nodded excitedly, stretching out those stubby little arms to draw a huge circle in front.
"Shi, you were so amazing just now! You made so many Pokémon evolve, and you even moved them out of that big iron shell."
"I want to be as amazing as you someday."
"Really?" Chen Shi chuckled. "Then do you want to join in the training, Jirachi?"
"Huh?" Jirachi blinked those round little eyes.
Remembering how hard Metagross and Charizard trained, Jirachi scratched that little head and said sheepishly, "Then Jirachi would rather not get stronger."
"Oh, you!" Chen Shi gently tapped Jirachi's forehead and smiled helplessly.
Just then, Arceus suddenly spoke. "When do you plan to go back?"
"Go back?"
At Arceus's words, Steven and the other five behind them cried out in surprise.
If Chen Shi went back, what would happen to them?
Though it was selfish to think that way, they really didn't want Chen Shi to leave.
After all, only Chen Shi could purify dark matter. If he left, sooner or later they would end up right back where they had started.
For a moment, they were caught in a dilemma. They wanted to step forward and say something, but didn't dare.
Chen Shi paused, then said casually, "We'll see. If I still haven't purified all the Shadow Pokémon in Kanto after five days, I'll leave."
"If I finish within five days, I'll leave early."
Then Chen Shi shot Arceus an irritated glance. "Why are you asking?"
"You can go back first yourself.
