The second Tri Attack was incredibly fast, so fast that Sylveon had no time to dodge before it struck. In an instant, Sylveon was randomly inflicted with a burn.
"Vee!"
"Milotic!" Cheng Tian had just been about to use Life Dew to heal Sylveon, but he had never expected this Tri Attack to deal such off-the-charts damage. Sylveon could not withstand the burn damage that followed and lost the ability to battle outright.
Having lost another mainstay, both of their expressions turned grim.
It was terrifying. No matter how they attacked, they struggled to defeat Hydreigon, yet Hydreigon's attacks could easily take their Pokémon out. If this went on... no, if they could not defeat Hydreigon in a short time, then as more and more Pokémon lost the ability to battle, the outcome of this battle would already be sealed.
But Cheng Tian also felt utterly powerless. Only a handful of them knew healing moves, and using those moves so frequently took a considerable toll on them as well. At this rate, they would run out of ammunition and provisions sooner or later.
"This vicious dragon has gone mad. We can't stay here grinding ourselves down against it..." Cheng Tian's mind began racing. Then he saw the enormous breach behind him, and a bold idea sprang to mind.
"Roar!" Though covered in wounds, Mega Aggron still grappled fearlessly with its opponent. Gengar nimbly attacked from the side, inflicting Toxic on Hydreigon.
But just as Cheng Tian had said, Hydreigon was an absolute lunatic. The more its condition deteriorated, the more deranged it became. It seemed not to know what pain was-or rather, pain only fueled its fighting spirit.
To put it vividly, it was a desperado.
Mega Aggron was no longer using anything else, frantically attacking Hydreigon with Low Kick
