Time soon rolled around to everyone's favorite part of the week-the weekend. On Saturday morning, Cheng Tian and his parents had just gotten up when they heard a knock at the door.
"Coming, coming! Who is it?" Still bleary-eyed in his pajamas, Cheng Tian's father went to open the door. A deliveryman stood outside.
"Nifeng Express-mission accomplished, delivery guaranteed! Here's your package. Please sign for it." As he spoke, the deliveryman handed the package to Cheng Tian's father, who had only just woken up and looked utterly bewildered. Then he checked the delivery address. It was indeed their home.
"Remember to leave a five-star review!" The deliveryman made a heart gesture in front of Cheng Tian's father, leaving him staring blankly.
After closing the door, Cheng Tian's father puzzled over it from every angle but still couldn't make sense of it.
"Who was it?" Cheng Tian's mother stopped sweeping and asked. "A deliveryman," his father replied.
"Aron." Aron lay on the floor, wiping it with a rag beneath its feet. It motioned for Cheng Tian's father to move aside.
Cheng Tian's family truly hadn't expected Aron to volunteer to wipe the floor, but Aron really couldn't bear to see dust settle on such a clean floor. That was why it had started wiping the floor of its own accord after coming to their home. Cheng Tian's mother loved this about it and even told Old Cheng and his son to learn from Aron.
Cheng Tian found this astonishing. You used to live in a mine. Wasn't that place dirtier than here? What Aron thought, however, was that this place was so clean that dust settling on it really was an eyesore.
