After walking for about half an hour, the two finally reached the amusement park. Once their tickets had been checked and they were inside, Lin Lin seemed a little excited. "A-Yun, I want to ride the Carousel!" Bai Yun curled her lip disdainfully. "You're not a kid anymore, and you still want to ride that thing? How about we take a trip through the Haunted House?"
They argued over it for ages and ended up trying both attractions. Bai Yun looked at his phone in boredom on the Carousel, while Lin Lin screamed and clung to him in the Haunted House. Her voice made even Pachirisu and Chimchar cover their little ears.
Once they came out of the Haunted House, Lin Lin felt that her mouth was missing something. "A-Yun, I want popcorn. Let's go buy some."
"Sure." They walked toward a building that specialized in snacks. It sold all kinds of drinks and snacks, including popcorn, of course. A line had already formed outside.
"Here's your popcorn." The attendant filled a popcorn bucket to the brim from the popcorn machine, then handed it to the customer. His practiced movements made sales go particularly quickly, and before long, it was almost Bai Yun and Lin Lin's turn.
"What would you two like?" the attendant asked with a smile. "Two popcorns and two Coca-Colas." As Bai Yun spoke, he scanned the code to pay.
"Coming right up." The attendant picked up another popcorn bucket. Of the three popcorn machines, two had already sold out, leaving only the middle one still full to the brim. Just as he was about to scoop up some popcorn with the bucket, a little gray head suddenly poked out of the heaped popcorn and bit his hand.
"Ah!" The attendant cried out in pain and hurriedly
