After watching Rockruff lose so easily to a human Trainer, Jangmo-o understood the gap between himself and his opponent. He looked at the companions behind him, then at Kangaskhan, who had remained silent.
Maybe if everyone followed Kangaskhan, there wouldn't be so much fighting over things? Maybe we'd all live better lives, too?
The little Pokémon quietly made up his mind. He stepped forward, looked at the human before him, and raised his small head with a fearless growl.
"Jang!"
Cynthia smiled and nodded.
"It looks like you've made your decision! Then I'll give it my all, too!"
Beside her, Yong let Rockruff out as well. Looking at the bewildered little Pokémon, he bent down and gently stroked its head.
"I'm Yong, Rockruff. Let's get along from now on!"
