Baltoy swept its arms, and the rocks on the ground instantly rose into the air, hurtling toward Altaria!
But just before they struck, the cotton on Altaria's wings swelled and enveloped its body! Cotton Guard blocked every incoming rock!
Winona calmly gave her command.
"Hurricane!"

With a shrill cry, Altaria soared higher. Its seemingly soft wings fluttered lightly, rapidly drawing on Flying-type energy, and howling winds instantly swept across the battlefield!
Baltoy maintained its psychic barrier, barely keeping its balance and preventing itself from being blown away.
Yong frowned.
Trick Room was still active, but it had little effect against Altaria. Its opponent could defend in time, leaving no opportunity for a One-Hit KO.
The storm grew fiercer. The psychic barrier around Baltoy was gradually stretched by the swirling winds and torn apart by blades of wind.

At the center of the Hurricane, Baltoy looked up at Altaria. Its psychic power formed a distorted beam, blue and pink light intertwining as it pierced the storm's blockade and shot straight toward Altaria.
Under Trick Room's effects, Winona deliberately slowed the pace of her attacks. Even though Baltoy always launched its moves first, this gave Altaria more time to react.
