The pure white buildings were surrounded by a vast mountain range, with only a single road extending into the forest. The Pokémon living in the jungle served as the institute's outer defenses and first line of warning.

The woman's eyes widened at his words.
"We're deep within the eastern waters. How could anyone come here on their travels?"
