In the private box, President Charles Goodshow and Elite Four member Glacia were surprised to see Yong's Swampert display such power for the first time. Then they smiled.
"As expected of the Elite Tournament champion! With that title, this level of strength is only natural!"
Wallace nodded slightly and said with a smile,
"This is only the beginning. I'm sure this kid will have plenty more surprises for you..."
Beside them, President Stone concealed the surprise in his eyes and watched the field below in silence, a flicker of hesitation crossing his gaze.
Elite Four member Drake gave him a meaningful look from beside him, the corners of his mouth lifting slightly.
On the field, Kiryu recalled his Swampert, still finding it hard to believe. How could a rookie who had only just started out be this strong?
Gritting his teeth, he took out his second Pokémon Ball and threw it.
"That had to be a fluke! Let's see how you handle this one! Go, Sceptile!"
