After barely managing to get Sukuna settled, Kenjaku did not take a break either. Like Chinatsu, she still had plenty to deal with.
Her original plan had been to abduct Tengen, who possessed the "Immortality Technique," then use Tengen's ten large barriers spread across the country as the foundation for a new, far larger and more concentrated barrier.

The name might have sounded confusing, but put simply, the Culling Game was a massive arena where all sorts of jujutsu sorcerers would fight to the death.
Ultimately, Kenjaku would gather the enormous amounts of cursed energy produced during those battles and dispersed into the air, combine it with the cursed energy generated by the fear of the entire nation's people, and pour it all into Tengen.
She would make Tengen absorb it, assimilate it, and evolve into the unknown, mysterious ultimate existence she envisioned, surpassing every living creature in the world.
