"I gave it to Kento."
Gojo turned an excited gaze on Kento Nanami, and the blond man answered calmly.
"I left it in the custody of the Tombs of the Star Corridor. You'd do something reckless with it."
Like stuffing it straight into Yuji Itadori's mouth without a word.

Watching his teacher suddenly turn cutesy, Junpei Yoshino edged nervously toward Yuji Itadori and asked in a whisper.
"Is this teacher always like this?"
The kind, innocent Yuji Itadori smiled.

Once Gojo had finished his little act, he draped his arms over the two students' shoulders. A nervous Junpei immediately straightened up.
"To give the first-years a surprise, Junpei will stay with Yuji for now. You'll get your teacher's very, very special training."

After saying that, Junpei shakily turned his head and shot Miwa Chisei a pleading look.
Miwa Chisei gave him a deadpan thumbs-up.

Junpei moved into an underground apartment just like Yuji's. Every day, he watched movies while holding a cursed corpse supplied by the principal. If the plot stirred his emotions too much and he failed to maintain a steady flow of cursed energy, the doll-sized cursed corpse would punch him.
