Miwa Chisei and Satoru Gojo became a couple as Chisei pursued the truth behind Kamo Tetsuya and the Miwa family’s history. After Yuji Itadori became Sukuna’s vessel, the group prepared to guide him while Chisei accepted a mission to bring Tetsuya’s body back.

• Chisei agreed to cooperate with Geto after he broke from the Jujutsu Higher-Ups, and Geto helped dissolve the Jujutsu Empowerment Department before joining Jujutsu High as a teacher.
• Chisei reunited with her friends for Gojo’s birthday and confessed that she wanted to be his present, and they became a couple.
• After Miwa Yuto died, Chisei learned his counter-curse had caused her father’s illness and discovered links between the Kamo Clan, Kenjaku, and the Miwa family, while Kamo Tetsuya attacked her and escaped.
• Chisei and Mei Mei donated cursed tools to Jujutsu High, and Gojo took Chisei to the Gojo Clan’s vault, where she found a strange cursed object that might be connected to the Miwa Main Family.

Miwa Chisei helped Yuji Itadori return to life, brought Junpei Yoshino to Jujutsu High, and supported Tokyo’s students through the Goodwill Event and Kenjaku’s attack. The arc ended with the group preparing to counter the Prison Realm while Megumi learned that Toji Fushiguro was his father.

• Miwa Chisei found Yuji Itadori dead after Sukuna returned control to him, but Yuji revived and Gojo kept his survival secret from the Higher-Ups.

• Miwa Chisei and the others resumed the Goodwill Event after the attack, while Yuji ate another of Sukuna’s Fingers and Miwa suspected Kamo Tetsuya had targeted Gojo.
• Miwa Chisei, Geto, Toji Fushiguro, and Gojo discussed the Prison Realm and agreed that Toji would seek Tengen’s help in finding a way to undo it.
• Gojo introduced Toji Fushiguro to Megumi, and Miwa told Megumi that Toji was his father and had sacrificed an arm to return to life.
