The minotaur owner saw the gold coin on the table, chuckled, and slipped it into his pocket without drawing attention.
"Hehehe, what would you like to ask, sir? As long as this old bull knows, I'll be sure to tell you!"
A smile curled Lin Guang's lips at the sight.
Before long, Lin Guang learned a few things about the Beast Kingdom Eurazania from the minotaur owner. Finally, he hired a carriage and prepared to head for the kingdom's capital, Raurah.
Sitting in the carriage, Lin Guang began to think over the information he had obtained from the minotaur owner.
The Beast Kingdom Eurazania was a nation comprising beastfolk, Beastfolk Demi-Humans, and humans. Many demi-human races lived along its borders.
For instance, the other villages were much like the minotaur village Lin Guang had just left, and they all maintained a degree of contact with one another.
That made winning over any particular group of Demi-Humans very difficult for Lin Guang.
Demon Lord Carrion was the undisputed ruler of the Beast Kingdom. Although his strength ranked in the lower-middle range among the Ten Demon Lords, he was not to be underestimated.
Though the beastfolk were not completely united and had their own factional struggles, Demon Lord Carrion was the leader of the martial faction.
Furthermore, through his strength and personal charisma, Carrion had gradually brought the Beastmen of the other faction into submission as well. That made using this division to win over some of the demi-humans and Beastmen quite difficult.
At that thought, Lin Guang could not help sighing.
"It really isn't that easy."
Just then, Lin Guang suddenly remembered how, in the original story, Demon Lord Carrion and Demon Lord Frey had decided to serve Milim after the Demon Lord's Banquet at which Clayman targeted Rimuru.
