Lin Guang swept his hand through the air, and a Space Gate appeared. He turned to Rimuru and said, "After you leave the sealed cave, if you run into trouble, you can contact me anytime. My territory is near the sealed cave."
Rimuru said, "Mm~ Got it!"
Lin Guang smiled gently and said, "Well then, goodbye."
With that, Lin Guang and Kanae Kocho waved to Rimuru and entered the Space Gate, which then vanished.
Looking at the suddenly empty cavern, Rimuru felt a little sad for a moment, but soon perked up.
"Lin Guang said there were plenty of magic beasts in the cave. They should be the ones he had me devour earlier. But he brought out so many magic beast corpses... could he have already dealt with all the magic beasts in here?"
"It would be great if that really were the case. Fighting and all that... I'd rather avoid it whenever possible."
Given Rimuru's personality, avoiding such things as much as possible was still preferable. Although that was what Rimuru wanted, reality would not be so accommodating.
Just as Rimuru was wandering through the cave using skills, a Black Water Serpent appeared ahead.
"Whoa╭(°A°`)╮!"
While Rimuru was "leveling up" inside the cave, Lin Guang and Kanae Kocho returned to the base.
By now, Lin Guang's territory was no longer a tiny patch of land, but a large stretch of the northern Great Jura Forest.
Over the past two months or so, because of Whirlwind Dragon Veldora's protection, not many monsters in the Great Jura Forest had been willing to join Lin Guang.
Even among the weakest Goblin Tribes, only the Goblins of two tribes had joined over those two months or so.
As for monsters of other races, more of them were unwilling to associate with Goblins.
