Kite was fast, but for some reason, his limbs were incredibly stiff. His attacks had become rigid as well, and the three kept dodging.
All three understood Kite's condition, but Knuckle and Shoot couldn't decide what to do. They turned to Cordis, who had the closest connection to Kite.
Cordis could tell something was wrong with Kite too. After a long hesitation, he looked at the other two, who were still dodging, and said, "For now, we can only restrain Kite."

But in trying to avoid hurting Kite as much as possible, all three sustained some injuries.
After this incident, Knov, Morel, and Shoot headed to NGL ahead of the others, while Cordis and Knuckle were told to patrol the surrounding area for a while before returning.
