"Who are you? And what are you trying to accomplish?"
Silva's questions left A Luo utterly exasperated.
How many times had she said it since coming to the Zoldyck Family estate? She meant no harm. She only wanted to see Killua.
Yet Kikyo had attacked her without even asking what was going on. Who was she supposed to turn to for justice?
A Luo sighed helplessly. All she could do was rein in her temper and speak to Silva as nonthreateningly as possible:
"I'm a friend of Killua's. I heard he came straight home after the hunter exam ended, so I wanted to see him."
Silva frowned.
"A friend here to see Killua?"
The muscular man looked at Gotoh behind him.
Gotoh nodded.
"Yes. Three boys accompanied this young lady. According to the information we gathered, all of them took this year's hunter exam and met Master Killua during it."
Silva laughed heartily.
"I certainly didn't expect Killua to gain so much from this trip. He's made so many friends!"
The man turned back to A Luo.
"If you're here to see Killua, why are you holding Kikyo hostage? Don't you know she's Killua's mother?"
A Luo: "..."
Was Silva trying to turn this around and blame her now?
Of course she knew Kikyo was Killua's mother-and an extremely controlling mother at that.
Otherwise, she wouldn't have reacted so violently to them showing up.
"It's not as though I wanted to do this. For some reason, Lady Kikyo may have misunderstood me. She started threatening to kill me the moment we met. Knocking her unconscious was for her own good, too. What if I slipped up during the fight and really hurt her? That wouldn't be good, would it?"
Silva: "..."
A Luo seized the chance to make a request.
