At this point, an explanation was necessary: what was "Honkai," and what was a "Herrscher"?
Honkai could be understood simply as a periodic natural disaster that released an efficient but dangerous form of energy when it erupted-"Honkai Energy."
Every major Honkai eruption gave birth to a "Herrscher," born to destroy and devastate.
In other words, Herrschers were agents of the Will of Honkai, their powers and authority often the ultimate expression of some law of physics.
In Honkai's original source material next door, EVA-very much not actually-Herrschers would be "Angels."
In the One-Punch Man World, they would at minimum be powerful Monsters on the level of the awakened "Vaccine Man," who had been born in accordance with the planet's will.
As an SSR, the "Herrscher of the Void" was certainly powerful enough. The only thing worth noting
