"Goku, you're here."
The elderly Kami nodded kindly to Son Goku, then turned his gaze to Josen. "And the powerful warrior from another world."
This was not actually Josen's first meeting with Kami. He had greeted them through Mantra before, but he still said modestly, "Hello, Kami, Mr. Popo. You can call me Josen."
"Hello, Josen."
Kami and Mr. Popo exchanged a glance. As the saying went, hearing about someone was no substitute for meeting them. After seeing Josen in person, their doubts and worries actually eased considerably.
Everyone entered the Lookout together. After hearing why Son Goku had come, Kami nodded in firm agreement.
"Goku, your thinking is sound. Restricted by Earth's environment, no matter how desperately you train, your chances of defeating the Saiyans will remain extremely slim." Kami considered for a while, then said gravely, "I do know of a place where you can learn advanced martial arts far beyond anything on Earth."

At those words, even the tuft of hair on Son Goku's head stood straight up. "Really? Where!"
"The Other World."
Crash!
"The Other World!" Son Goku climbed off the floor, sweating. Now that he was grown, he was no longer the child who lacked all common sense. "Isn't that where people go after they die? Come to think of it, Grandpa should be there too."
"Yes." The elderly Kami nodded and explained, "It's just that reaching the place where that lord lives requires passing through the Other World."
After briefly introducing the two of them to some basic knowledge about gods, as well as North Kai and King Kai's Planet, Kami said, "If you're ready, I can send you there right now."
As soon as the elderly Kami finished speaking, Son Goku nodded without hesitation. "I'm ready."
