As the voice rang out, North Kai walked out of his little house with his hands behind his back, wearing small, round sunglasses, a hat with two cricket-like feelers, and a black Kai uniform.

Piccolo and Son Goku exchanged a look as they cried out, the latter looking particularly astonished.
Out of everyone's sight, North Kai's hands were trembling violently inside his sleeves.
He had sensed something amiss the moment Josen appeared, and he undoubtedly had a clearer understanding of the terrifying energy radiating from him.

"Hello, King Kai. I'm Josen."
As a show of respect, Josen descended from the air. Standing on the ground of King Kai's Planet, he smiled and nodded. "You have a keen eye. I'm currently in my Super Saiyan form."
Seeing Josen smiling gently in front of the agitated Son Goku, North Kai couldn't help breathing a sigh of relief.
