Stepping off the deck, Polnareff sounded like a punk (Jotaro: ???). He casually set his uniquely styled, battered burlap carryall by his feet and stretched happily as he spoke.
Thanks to Josen taking timely measures to guard the "Vehicle Killer" one-on-one, the group had avoided the bizarre predicament of losing their ship and drifting with the current. Instead, they had sailed smoothly to their scheduled next stop-

However, three days of comfortable sailing had also worn down the warriors' fighting spirit considerably.
Mr. Popo was bored out of his mind, while Jotaro could only hold his cap helplessly as Anne, the feisty little girl who "repaid kindness with ingratitude," pestered him.

Perceptive people like Kakyoin and Josen had already noticed that, after the series of incidents at sea, Anne had been drawn to Jotaro's stern exterior and gentle soul, developing a hazy adolescent crush.
But Jotaro, who was used to being surrounded by girls, had no intention of responding. These chattering females ranked even lower than dolphins in his heart.

A shrill whistle sounded, and a Singaporean policeman in a blue uniform came sprinting over as though he had teleported, his stern gaze aimed straight at Mr. Popo, whose expression grew increasingly bewildered amid the crowd.
"Huh? Me? Have I broken some law?"
"You there!"
The policeman unerringly apprehended the bewildered Mr. Popo, pointing at the ground as he demanded, "You just threw some rubbish on the ground, didn't you? It was you, wasn't it?"
Mr. Popo followed his finger toward the ground, and once he saw what was there, he was even more confused!

"Littering is against the law in
