Just as Takuya had expected, as the Kudamon Javelin slowly descended, Golgomon raised his head and roared, knocking it off course with sound waves. What they had not expected was that Kurata had already anticipated this. He attacked Golgomon with all kinds of human technological weapons, not hoping to inflict damage, only to disrupt him. The Kudamon XT controlled the javelin and aimed it at Golgomon again.
"We're finished." Kouji stiffened at the sight.
"It's not over yet! Everyone, help me digivolve!" Takuya shouted, his facial muscles almost contorted.

Tomoki and the others transferred their Spirits to Takuya and Kouji, allowing them to digivolve into KaiserGreymon and MagnaGarurumon.
"Yoshino, I want to fight too." Lalamon's voice came from Yoshino's Digivice.
"Ah! Ah! Ah! A Digimon's been locked up!" Wisemon held his face in both hands, looking utterly incredulous.
"Idiot, I'm not locked up!" Lalamon's voice came from the Digivice, but sounded rather weak.
Earlier, Lalamon had asked to fight BioSpinosmon. Yoshino had refused, only to let BioSpinosmon take complete control of her body. Although BioSpinosmon had disdained attacking Yoshino, a kick delivered from a distance had still severely injured Lalamon, who was hiding inside the Digivice. Takuya and the others had originally intended to treat Yoshino as a casualty and dispose of her, but Meteormon had met Yoshino before, and that had saved Lalamon's life.
