Zheng Fan and the children investigated a Koromon village occupied by Pagumon and learned that the Pagumon had a hidden objective. Led to a waterfall, they heard Koromon calling for help from behind it.

• Sora and Palmon failed to wake Mimi, so Zheng Fan agreed to leave her behind in Palmon's care while the others went scouting.
• Izzy reported a battle between Koromon and Pagumon, and the group found the Koromon village occupied by a Pagumon patrol.
• Zheng Fan identified the Pagumon's story about guarding the village as a lie, and Agumon and the others used their attacks to make the Pagumon reveal their objective.
• T.K. worried that Tokomon needed a Bitcoin to evolve, but Matt and Agumon reassured him that it might not be necessary, and T.K. vowed to fight beside Tokomon.

• Gallantmon Crimson Mode escorted Zheng Fan and Tanemon through Azulongmon’s domain, where Zheng Fan discovered that Xiao craved the metal chains around Azulongmon’s body.
• Tanemon became furious at Zheng Fan’s lack of awe and digivolved into Cherrymon.

While they waited for Lin Feng, Zheng Fan discussed game exploits with Second World employees, finding ideas that might help him test the rules of his own world.
