Qingwu changed his voice again. "Daddy."
"Hahaha!" With a broom in hand, Qingwu threw back his head and laughed.
"On your knees. Stick your ass up," Qingwu barked in a low voice.
Watching this, Cao De felt helpless and speechless.
The photo on the wall was of him. Who knew where Qingwu had found it?
But that wouldn't stop him from dealing with Qingwu.
Hearing footsteps behind him, Qingwu instantly knelt on the bed and began sweeping the bedding with the broom.
He looked up, saw Cao De, and gently tucked his hair behind his ear. "You're back! Are you tired?" he asked with a smile.
If not for the broom in his hand and the portrait on the wall, battered enough to show some damage, he might really have looked like a gentle, dutiful wife.
Cao De watched the fool's antics. What normal person swept their bedding with a broom?
"Come here." Cao De crooked a finger at Qingwu.
"Distance makes the heart grow fonder. I'll stay over here," Qingwu said with an awkward smile.
Cao De wasted no more words. He circulated the energy inside him and instantly pulled Qingwu into his arms.

Qingwu rubbed his backside and glared at Cao De. "I'm really angry! Really angry!"
Then he turned and sat on the sofa, only to spring right back up.
His backside hurt too much to sit, so he lay facedown on the sofa instead, turning his head away and ignoring Cao De.
Cao De left him alone and began tidying up the room.
Qingwu had booked this long-term room at the hotel when he first arrived in this world, and there was still plenty of stuff inside.
The wardrobe was also packed with Qingwu's clothes in all sorts of styles.
