"Pieck?" Philia called in confusion, looking at Pieck, who stood frozen beside her.
"Ah, your sister will be back soon." Pieck turned back, forcing herself to look composed as she put on an unnatural smile.
I have to notify Captain Magath immediately! There are phones in the Wealthy District. I'll have Military Headquarters contact them and arrange a quiet evacuation, then surround this place right away. Pieck's mind raced.
Just then, a wicked smile curled Chen Si's lips. He leaned close to Pieck's ear and whispered, "Surprised? Didn't see that coming, did you?"
"Are you thinking about how to deal with me? About how to evacuate the residents here safely?"
