Chinatsu and Naruto flashed through wasteland, woods, and streets like two shooting stars.
Although Naruto had plenty of chakra and knew Flying Thunder God, that technique used Flying Thunder God Marks to teleport through space. Teleportation and high-speed movement were two different things. Traveling such a long distance, Naruto couldn't keep throwing a kunai, teleporting to it, then throwing another, so he had to use the Body Flicker Technique the entire way.
