The Eight Gates Released Formation.
It was an ultimate form of Nintaijutsu whose creator was unknown. It worked by unlocking the channels that restricted chakra within the human body, temporarily granting immense power.

Might Guy earnestly taught Chinatsu how to use the Eight Gates, immediately pointing out any mistakes she made. His concentration and expertise truly befitted a man who had trained in the Eight Gates since childhood.
About an hour later, Sakura left her house for her usual morning run. She was, after all, another practitioner of the Eight Gates, and she had kept up this basic running routine ever since she began training in it. By now, skipping her morning run left her feeling out of sorts all day.
Her hard work had paid off, too. She could now release the Fifth Gate, though using it was still something of a strain.
Just as she reached the outskirts of Konoha and prepared to run around the village, she spotted Chinatsu and Might Guy nearby.
She had been about to raise a hand and greet them, but just then, Might Guy suddenly powered up like a Super Saiyan, opening one gate after another from the first all the way to the seventh.
That was not all. Beside him, Chinatsu wore a look of sudden understanding, then settled into a horse stance and began copying Might Guy's Super Saiyan transformation moves.
Might Guy's movements merely looked somewhat similar, but Chinatsu took it to another level. Not only did her movements match, she even accompanied her power-up with a professional-sounding low roar.
