Reishiki was sealed underground, with dirt in his mouth and his eyes squeezed shut. The soil held him firmly in place. Even if the Byakugan offered a full three-hundred-and-sixty-degree field of vision without blind spots, how was he supposed to activate it without opening his eyes?
Still, that was only banter. Reishiki could clearly sense the energy in his body draining rapidly. He simply refused to admit defeat and was doing everything he could to slow Chinatsu's progress.
