The Pure Land.
The Sage of Six Paths brought Aizen into the Pure Land.
To Aizen, the Pure Land was nothing but an expanse of white. Compared to the Soul Society of the Shinigami world, it fell short by far more than a little.

Aizen asked with some curiosity.
The Sage of Six Paths shook his head. "This place already existed... I merely modified it a little."
Aizen nodded, then began releasing his spiritual pressure. He wanted to test whether it could change the nature of this subspace. If it could, he would be able to establish a Seireitei in this world.
And... he could fulfill his promise to Naruto as well.
Once Aizen released his spiritual pressure, the subspace quickly absorbed it.

The Pure Land could only take in the souls of those who possessed chakra, because a soul had to contain yin release chakra to remain intact.
So... when ordinary people died, that was the end of them, while ninja could retain their chakra and enter the Pure Land.
Although the Sage of Six Paths had used Impure World Reincarnation to provide Ōtsutsuki Kaguya with quite a few underlings, he still had plenty of souls in his collection...
Soon, Aizen found several interesting souls.
These souls had all played roles in Naruto and had significant ties to the plot.
They were Obito's dream girl, Rin Nohara; Madara
