Clutching his limp, drooping shoulder, he stared at C.C with shocked eyes.

"I suppose I'm a friend of Shisui Uchiha..." C.C returned to her seat and, seeing the takoyaki knocked over by the shuriken, glared at him.

"Go buy me another order

and bring it back!"

"Yes!"

Terrified by C.C's gaze, the Konoha Military Police Force member, dragging his immobile shoulder, fled in a sorry state.

"A green-haired woman is looking for me?" Shisui Uchiha looked at the person before him in surprise. "Did she say what she wanted?"

"No, she just said she has something important to tell you."

"Alright, I understand."

On his way to the Konoha Military Police Force, Shisui Uchiha couldn't stop thinking. He had never met a woman with green hair. Regardless, he'd find out who she was and her purpose for seeking him out once they met.

Shisui Uchiha pushed open the door to the Konoha Military Police Force office and saw a woman with long green hair and strange clothing sitting inside.

"Yo~! You're finally here, I've been waiting impatiently." C.C saw Shisui Uchiha enter and put down her toothpick, elegantly wiping the sauce from the corner of her mouth with a smile as she looked at him.

"Who are you?" Shisui Uchiha asked, his gaze cold.

"Are you sure this place is safe? Won't it expose our conversation?" C.C smiled mysteriously, her golden eyes narrowed.

Suddenly, the surrounding scenery turned black and white. C.C was brought into the world of genjutsu by Shisui Uchiha.

"What do you think of this place?"

"It's very good." C.C nodded, then warned Shisui Uchiha, "However, I advise you not to attack me. I'm just a clone right now, and using Kotoamatsukami on me would just be a waste of your ocular power~!"

"So, what's your purpose in finding me, strange woman? I don't think we've met." Shisui Uchiha's cold voice carried a hint of impatience.

"Oh? What's wrong? Did something happen?" C.C sensed a hint of anger in his words. Uchiha Clan members really aren't good at hiding their emotions. If I were like them, I probably would have been captured and brainwashed by Danzō long ago.

"Uchiha... Itachi?"

C.C guessed, uttering Itachi Uchiha's name while observing the expression on Shisui Uchiha's face. Seeing the obvious distortion on his face, C.C revealed a knowing smile.

As expected, a traitor is always a traitor. Even after the coup d'état and leaving Konoha, Itachi Uchiha still became a traitor and told the Third Hokage about the Uchiha Clan's plan.

Shisui Uchiha instantly appeared before C.C, the blade of his short sword pressed against her fragile neck. A slight downward press would sever her head.

"The Uchiha Clan is facing internal and external troubles. How far do you think extinction is?" C.C didn't even glance at the short sword at her neck. If Shisui Uchiha dared to kill this clone, then the Uchiha Clan might as well be wiped out.

"There's a traitor within, and the Konoha higher-ups are coveting you from the outside. Your eyes are truly valuable, especially with Kakashi as a well-known example."

They even sent female Anbu ninjas to follow her to the restroom! It felt like she was under "protection" – or rather, surveillance – from the Anbu twenty-four hours a day.

If the Nine-Tails hadn't told her, she wouldn't have known. How could there be so many coincidental encounters in the restroom?

"If I'm not mistaken, the traitor among the Uchiha is Itachi Uchiha, right?"
