"How could more than two hundred Uchiha leave Konohagakure safely? What else could I do? I've already done everything I could..." Shisui Uchiha had thought that after using Kotoamatsukami to alter Fugaku Uchiha's will and rallying the Uchiha Clan to leave Konohagakure together, they could avoid conflict with the village. Now, it seemed he had been far too naive.

"It's not as though there's no turning point. The Uchiha Clan still has a sliver of hope." C.C rose from her chair, stretched lazily, and walked over to Shisui Uchiha.

"Susanoo... If you can manifest the Complete Body Susanoo, it'll be enough to take everyone out of Konohagakure. But if you use Susanoo with your current

Mangekyō Sharingan, your eyes will go blind. Not to mention manifesting the Complete Body Susanoo."

In the original story, only those with the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan could use the Complete Body Susanoo without restraint. What she had never understood was how Obito had transferred the Sharingan's ocular power to Kakashi during the final battle. What the hell was that supposed to be?

If that was possible, couldn't Neji temporarily give the ocular power of his Byakugan to Naruto or someone else as well?

"Susanoo?"

"The ultimate ocular technique once used by Madara Uchiha, who founded Konohagakure alongside Hashirama Senju, known as the Shinobi God. Only someone who has awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan in both eyes can use it. However, though this ninjutsu is immensely powerful, it's difficult to maintain Susanoo without an enormous amount of Chakra. Ocular power and Chakra, neither can be lacking. Even if you have enough Chakra to use Susanoo, you'll still go blind as your ocular power is consumed. Use it too much, and you may even die."

Seeing the temptation in Shisui Uchiha's eyes, C.C patted him on the shoulder.

"So? Now that you know Susanoo's side effects, do you still want to use it?"

"How can I activate Susanoo?"

"I'm not entirely sure either. All I know is that once the ocular power of both Mangekyō Sharingan is pushed to its limit, the ultimate ocular technique, Susanoo, will awaken."

C.C told Shisui Uchiha what she knew, then continued as she watched him sink into thought, "The Uchiha Clan only has two paths before it. Either leave Konohagakure directly and be branded Rogue Ninja, or announce its departure beforehand and leave with a legitimate reason. Either way, Konohagakure's ninja will attack you on the way out."

"The first option means an open attack. The second means they'll strike from the shadows. Which one you choose depends on what the Uchiha Clan wants."

Worried that Shisui Uchiha might suddenly do something stupid, C.C simply laid out her own thoughts. After all, most people in the Naruto world had holes in their brains. She had already figured that out.

If Shisui Uchiha used Susanoo, going blind would only be a matter of time. Itachi Uchiha's father had awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan in the anime version, but she had no idea whether this world followed the manga, the anime, or some mixed version.

C.C dissolved into a cloud of smoke and vanished.

"Did she dispel her Shadow Clone...?"

Shisui Uchiha stared at the spot where C.C had been, then walked out of the Konohagakure Police Force office several seconds later.

Naruto, who appeared to be sleeping in bed but was actually sleeping atop the Nine-Tails in her inner world, received the memories from her Shadow Clone. A calculating smile appeared on her young face, which was shrouded in shadow.

"My clone really was too talkative. She actually told Shisui Uchiha about Susanoo."

However... that gave her an excellent plan. Whether she would carry it out depended on whether Fugaku Uchiha had awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan.

If Shisui Uchiha obtained the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and became the Uchiha Clan's leader, that would definitely be interesting, wouldn't it?

He could use Kotoamatsukami endlessly. Then she could have Shisui Uchiha cast Kotoamatsukami on the Nine-Tails and make it immune to Sharingan control. Wouldn't that be great~!

But what if Shisui Uchiha tried to discard her after she had outlived her usefulness?

At that thought, Naruto abandoned the impractical idea.

Danzo's Divine Assist (1/2)

Early in the morning at the Ninja Academy, Sasuke Uchiha was late.

Sasuke Uchiha, who had arrived late, sat down heavily at his seat. He no longer had his usual lively energy and, for once, did not show off in front of Naruto.

It seemed the Uchiha Clan was already making preparations. Judging from how worried Uchiha Sasuke looked, the Uchiha Clan would probably announce its departure from Konohagakure within the next couple of days.

After school, Sasuke Uchiha remained silent the entire day. He barely spoke to anyone and spent most of his time sitting there in a daze, lost in thoughts unknown.

"Sasuke..."

Sakura Haruno looked at Sasuke Uchiha with concern. Her outstretched hand froze in midair. She called his name, yet received no response. With disappointment written across her face, Sakura Haruno walked away.

Naruto, transformed into a little hamster, watched Sasuke Uchiha from a corner. When Sasuke Uchiha headed outside, the hamster wiggled its tiny butt and followed after him, darting into a restroom as it passed by.

"Shadow Clone Jutsu."

Naruto had her Shadow Clone head home while she herself followed Sasuke Uchiha. More than half the reason Itachi Uchiha listened to Danzo was because of Uchiha Sasuke.

If Danzo had used Uchiha Sasuke to threaten Itachi Uchiha, then it would explain why Itachi Uchiha had suddenly lost his mind and slaughtered the entire Uchiha Clan with the Masked Man, Obito.

Naruto followed Sasuke Uchiha all the way to the lakeside. The quiet shore was deserted. Only Sasuke Uchiha stood there blankly, staring at the still water. Suddenly, a pebble fell into the lake, breaking its tranquility.

Sasuke Uchiha gritted his teeth and threw stones with all his strength, as though he wanted to hurl all his worries into the lake and sink them to its bottom.

Suddenly, two ninja dressed in black appeared on either side of Sasuke Uchiha. Sasuke Uchiha went limp and collapsed to the ground.

"Uchiha Sasuke. He's the target. Take him away!"

Just as the two were about to take Sasuke Uchiha away, an inconspicuous little hamster slammed into them. With a bang, smoke dispersed, revealing a petite girl with pink wavy hair and a beautiful face. A cold killing intent flashed through her lovely brown eyes as her fingers lightly tapped the two men. The moment they came to their senses and tried to fight back, their bodies rapidly swelled like balloons. Blood poured from their seven orifices as they fell to the ground, no longer breathing.

Naruto, still transformed, carried Sasuke Uchiha to the Uchiha Clan's residential district. Seeing the tightly shut gates, she gathered Chakra beneath her feet.

"Bang!"

The gates were kicked open violently. Naruto had deliberately made such a huge commotion to draw out the Uchiha.

Someone soon rushed over, and it was someone Naruto had not expected.

"What did you do to Sasuke?"

Itachi Uchiha's eyes had turned into Three Tomoe Sharingan as he stared grimly at the pink-haired girl carrying Naruto. He saw no forehead protector bearing the symbol of any ninja village on her.

"You should be asking not me, but the two men who tried to abduct him what they wanted to do!" Naruto rolled her eyes at Itachi Uchiha and tossed Sasuke Uchiha toward him.

Itachi Uchiha caught Sasuke. Seeing that he had merely fainted, he let out a sigh of relief and said apologetically, "I'm sorry. I wrongly blamed you. Thank you for saving Sasuke."

"Whatever. I just happened to pass by." Naruto waved her hand and turned to leave.

"Please wait. Can you tell me what those two people who tried to capture Sasuke looked like?" Seeing Naruto about to leave, Itachi Uchiha hurriedly asked.

"They were dressed in black. I already killed them. I just don't know whether their bodies are still by the lake."

Black-clothed men... lakeside... Could it be him!

Itachi Uchiha frowned slightly. He had already guessed who had targeted Sasuke, but he could not understand why they had made a move against him. What could they gain by taking Sasuke?

To threaten the Uchiha Clan?

No... were they using him to threaten me...?
