A flicker of jealousy passed through Mizuki's eyes as he smiled. "Naruto, your Chakra nature is Wind."

"The teacher doesn't know the details either, but... Naruto, you can learn Wind Style ninjutsu. It's just that I don't know any Wind Style techniques."

"Huh?! Wind Style ninjutsu? Then, Mizuki-sensei, can you teach me Wind Style ninjutsu?!" Naruto looked at Mizuki with her beautiful azure eyes full of anticipation, as though sparkling little stars were shining within them.

She perfectly conveyed that she wanted to learn Wind Style ninjutsu, yet did not want to make Mizuki-sensei uncomfortable, so she could only give up on learning Wind Style ninjutsu.

"That Mizuki guy is useless. He can't even get his hands on Wind Style ninjutsu! And he calls himself a Chunin? He's pathetically weak!" Naruto rolled around atop the Nine-Tails' head. "Putting on an obedient act in front of that guy is getting harder and harder. Every time I see that hypocritical face of his now, I want to throw up!"

"But learning the Three Jutsu from him isn't bad either. Wind Style can wait until later." As Naruto spoke, there was a poof, and after the smoke dispersed, she had transformed into a green-haired beauty who slid down from the Nine-Tails' body as though it were a slide.

The Nine-Tails looked at the green-haired woman and asked curiously, "Who did you turn into this time?"

"C.C.!"

The green-haired beauty flashed the Nine-Tails a V-sign. With another poof, the smoke dispersed, and Naruto transformed into a female Lelouch with long, flowing black hair.

The Nine-Tails watched Naruto transform back and forth in boredom. "What's the point of doing this?"

"Uh..." Naruto released the Transformation Jutsu, scratched her head, and answered seriously, "There isn't one."

"I just don't dare transform outside, so I come here and transform as much as I want in front of you. Anbu are always following me around—it's such a pain. Luckily, they don't follow me into the bathroom. Otherwise, I really wouldn't be able to stop myself from tearing off that lousy paper seal and taking them down with me!"

A few days later, Mizuki somehow got hold of a Wind Style ninjutsu scroll. Though it only contained the most basic Wind Style ninjutsu, even the most basic Wind Style technique was a C-rank ninjutsu that only Chunin could master.

Sneakily handing Naruto the ninjutsu scroll containing Wind Style: Gale Palm, Mizuki patted her shoulder and stared sternly at Naruto, who was excitedly gazing at the scroll in her hands.

"This ninjutsu can only be mastered by Chunin. With your current Chakra, it should be insufficient for using it. Just practice it—under no circumstances should you try to cast it."

"Don't keep thinking about tearing open the seal. Your current body simply can't withstand my power." The Nine-Tails watched Naruto rub against its paw, feeling as though its stomach hurt.

Third Hokage, what am I supposed to do? This brat always wants to kill herself!

In a rocky clearing by the river in the forest, Naruto sat on a stone and looked at the scroll recording the ninjutsu.

"Wind Style: Gale Palm!"

Naruto pressed his hands together. The wind produced by the transformation of his Chakra was compressed into a violent gale! Then Naruto was blasted backward.

"Failed..."

Naruto lay on the ground for a while before climbing back up and continuing his training.

In terms of raw power alone, this Wind Style technique was not even worthy of carrying the Great Fireball Technique's shoes.

However, Gale Palm required no hand seals and was exceptionally convenient to use. Besides blowing away enemies who came too close, it was more often used in conjunction with ninja tools—to increase their flight speed, power, and destructive force. It could even enhance the user's speed.
