Night fell over the NERV branch in France.
Huang Zhetian and little Asuka arrived at the lounge, watching staff and soldiers come and go.
Little Asuka asked in confusion, "Why are you leaving today when you only got here the day before yesterday?"
Huang Zhetian pointed at his head. "I'm exceptionally gifted, get it?" (Author: I'm the cook, and this is me adding fuel to the fire.)
Asuka lowered her head glumly. "I still wanted to play with you."
Huang Zhetian comforted her. "It's fine. We'll have plenty of chances later. Train hard here, and we'll get to see each other again."
In the end, Asuka reluctantly parted ways with Huang Zhetian.
Once he boarded the plane, a man in black handed Huang Zhetian a laptop displaying data and images of the Special Unit.
The man in black asked, "The branch's design team wants to know what colors and exterior design you'd like for your unit. They'll design it for you. Take a look so I can send them your choices."
Huang Zhetian rested the heavy laptop on his knees and turned the control knob with his right hand to scroll.
Most of the head designs featured rounded shells, with angular accents along the edges. Apart from their colors, the bodies were more or less the same.
In the end, Huang Zhetian chose blue and white for the unit's colors. For the head, he selected a design with sharply angular eyes like a Gundam's.
After making his choices, he handed it back to the man in black and asked, "Does the Special Unit have any dedicated weapons? What ranged and melee weapons does it have?"
The man in black typed on the keyboard, checked the information, and replied, "Ranged weapons: a giant assault rifle, a giant pistol, and a giant
