In Toronto, shrouded in endless darkness, a Mass Production Model stood brazenly in a street that had been all but destroyed.
It had already sensed the people trembling in the underground shelter. That was its next target.
Boom! Suddenly, a streak of red light slammed into the ground, sending up an enormous cloud of dust that enveloped the giant figure emerging from the red sphere.
"Grrr..." The Mass Production Model growled, glaring viciously at the towering figure within the dust.
The first thing the Mass Production Model saw was an enormous red cape.
Then, on the giant figure's chest, a diamond-shaped Color Timer shone like a sapphire, its dazzling light piercing the dust.
Next came his enormous glowing eyes and his gradually emerging red-and-silver body.
His head, resembling that of a Tsushima wildcat, came fully into view, with two thin markings beside his eyes extending to the top of his head.
He was Ultraman Mebius.
The Mass Production Model roared menacingly at Mebius, seemingly looking down on this Ultraman, who appeared almost "frail" to it.
A young yet remarkably mature voice came from Mebius. "So this is a Mass Production Model..."
"The tool those people are using to wipe out all of humanity..."
Mebius clenched his fists, his chest visibly rising and falling.
"Absolutely... unforgivable!"
"Ha!" With a battle cry, Mebius flung off his cape just as his brothers did, then leaped into the air.
The Mass Production Model immediately raised the Replica Lance of Longinus and aimed at the airborne Mebius. Purple lightning coiled around its tip, and several purple light bullets shot toward him.
Mebius deftly touched the Mebium Breath on his left wrist, then raised his hand and fired several light-arrow-shaped Mebium Slashes, successfully canceling out the light bullets released by the Replica Lance of Longinus.
