In the Land of Light, Zoffy and Ultraman stood on a raised platform at Space Garrison headquarters, gazing out over the Land of Light.
"The Belial Splinters have caused disasters across countless universes," Ultraman said worriedly. "The Garrison was already stretched thin by the Absolutians' acts of war. This only makes things worse."

"You needn't worry too much about that," Zoffy reassured him. "We are short-handed right now, but the situation at the other branches is still fairly promising. Menos of the Andromeda Nebula branch and Aura of the SP5 Nebula branch have both led their teams in doing everything they can to help us. The Andro Guard and U40 are also fighting to restore peace to the universe."
"And don't forget, the new generation of Ultra Warriors who received Zero's guidance and help are fighting hard as well. Some aren't from the Land of Light, and some are still quite young, but their Ultra spirit and resolve are every bit as strong as those of the Garrison's warriors."
