At the newly built Universe Radio Wave Research Institute in Tokyo-3, the director was warmly seeing off the children who had come for a visit.
The teacher leading them bowed to the director. "Sorry for all the trouble today, Director."
"It was nothing. I only wanted to show the children a wider universe." From the director's tone, it all seemed like a trivial matter.
After saying goodbye to the children, the director's expression turned vicious.
He returned to the observatory, scanned his surroundings, and placed his hand on the wall.

Beyond it was a small command room, where several people sat waiting for him with expressionless faces. The room was filled with all kinds of machinery that clearly did not belong to humanity.
