Hideki Go stayed by Shinji's hospital bed for a while before the doctor asked him to leave.
When he split up with Zoffy and Ultraman, Zoffy gave him some data to deliver to a scientist named Ritsuko Akagi.
He was a little puzzled, so Zoffy briefly explained:
"That scientist really put Hikari through the wringer, but the Captain did approve this."
After Hikari returned to the Land of Light, he really did show Ritsuko's application to Father of Ultra.
Father of Ultra laughed so hard he doubled over after reading it, but he also admired Ritsuko's determination.
So he actually authorized Hikari to select some theoretical material from the old knowledge archives and compile it for Ritsuko.
It wasn't that they couldn't give her more recent material, but it would be useless to the humans of that world. They certainly wouldn't understand it.
Because of that, Hikari had to select records from before the Ultra Race's ultra evolution, though that wasn't difficult for him.
After finishing the compilation, Hikari thought it over and added his findings from analyzing Adam. That data ought to be handed over to this world's humans, too.
However... Hideki Go didn't know his way around. He had only ended up at the hospital by following the doctor, without really knowing where he was going.
After asking several doctors for directions and only getting more confused, Hideki Go ran into Kaji, who had returned from his mission to visit Misato.
Since all the unidentified people who had appeared at the base lately had been aliens, Kaji took the initiative and approached him.
"May I ask who you are?"
Hideki Go recalled Zero's report. "Oh, you must be the Ryoji Kaji mentioned in Zero's report. A pleasure to meet you."
"Huh? Zero? Could you be...?" Kaji stopped himself
