In an ordinary, tidy room, a young man named Ailin sat at his computer playing an anime-style open-world game called "Genshin Impact."

Having begun his adventures in Teyvat on the very first day the servers opened, Ailin had already reached Adventure Rank 58.

Like most veteran players, Ailin had entered the long content drought. Every day, after logging in, finishing his Daily Commissions, and spending his stamina, he had no idea what else to do.

Today, however, Ailin had found a new source of amusement.

He had received a Daily Commission-"Future Knight-Ellin."

Simply put, this commission came from a girl who wanted to become a full-fledged knight. She asked players to teach her combat techniques so she could grow stronger.

Many players joked that with so many absurdly powerful masters teaching her, Ellin would surely become the strongest person in Teyvat, capable of beating the hell out of the Heavenly Principles.

At that moment, Ailin had guided his character to Dragonspine and climbed to its highest point-the Skyfrost Nail. Then he switched to the humanoid Guizhong Ballista-Ganyu.

Yes, his plan was to use Ganyu to destroy every training dummy specified in the commission with a single arrow from the Skyfrost Nail.

However, Dragonspine was extremely far from the commission's location in Mondstadt City, so he needed to meet two conditions to pull this off.

The first was to calculate the arrow's direction and landing point.

The second was to place a Portable Waypoint at the commission's location.

Although arrows could strike from incredible distances, the system could not register damage if the player was too far from the target.

The Portable Waypoint would let him teleport to the commission's location immediately after firing, allowing the attack to destroy the training dummies.

Ailin chuckled and had Ganyu draw her bow, charge her shot, and fire an arrow toward Mondstadt City. Then he quickly opened the map and clicked the Portable Waypoint.

But the instant Ailin clicked the Portable Waypoint to teleport back to Mondstadt City, something strange happened!

Brilliant white light burst from his computer screen. Ailin felt an immense force pulling at his body, then everything spun, and he lost consciousness.

When Ailin regained consciousness, he found himself in an unfamiliar room.

"Ah... my head's spinning. Where am I?"

Ailin surveyed the room, which contained a stuffed bear and plenty of pink decorations. A faint, pleasant scent lingered in the air, seemingly a young girl's natural fragrance.

"This smell, these decorations, this big pink bed... I'm definitely in a girl's room!"

"What's going on? Why am I in a girl's room? Did some rich, beautiful girl kidnap me?"

"But that doesn't make sense. I'm a shut-in who plays games all day. Why would a rich, beautiful girl be interested in me?"

"Wait... my voice... what's going on?"

Ailin's expression shifted slightly. He discovered that his voice had become thinner and much higher, sounding just like a girl's.

"What's going on? Why do I sound like a woman?"

A trace of panic appeared on Ailin's face. Looking down, he saw that he was wearing a pink nightdress with a bear printed on it.

"What... which sick bastard put me in this thing?!"

Ailin was furious. A grown man like him, dressed in a woman's nightdress? This was an absolute humiliation!

"If I find out who did this to me, I'm going to beat the crap out of them!"

Seething with rage, Ailin grabbed the nightdress to pull off the unbearably girlish garment, only to glimpse two enormous Slimes through its loose neckline!

"This..."

Ailin's mind rang, as though a thunderbolt had exploded inside his head!

In his panic, he instinctively reached down and grabbed, but there was nothing there...

"Aaaaaah!!"

Ailin let out a grief-stricken scream, but the sound that emerged was a young girl's shriek.

"What's wrong, little Ellin?!"

The door suddenly swung open, and a middle-aged man and woman rushed inside in alarm.

"It's gone! It's gone! My little buddy! It's gone!"

As if struck by a bolt from the blue, Ailin cried out in anguish, tears welling at the corners of his eyes!

"Your buddy's gone? Little Ellin, did you have a fight with your friend?"

The man and woman exchanged bewildered looks. They thought their daughter was upset over an argument with a close friend and were about to comfort her when Ellin suddenly clutched her head and collapsed onto the floor.

"Aaaaaah!!"

Ailin rolled across the floor in agony as unfamiliar memories flooded his mind, making his head feel as though it would split apart.

After about thirty seconds, the flood of memories stopped, and Ailin stopped rolling. He lay blank-faced on the wooden floor, seemingly digesting those unfamiliar memories.

A long while later, Ailin finished processing them. From those memories, he learned that he had transmigrated to Teyvat and, by sheer coincidence, had been reborn in the body of the Future Knight-[Ellin].

It took him a long time to accept that he had become a girl.

Clarity gradually returned to his eyes, and he looked at the middle-aged man and woman beside him, who were anxiously asking whether he was all right.

These two were Ellin's father and mother.

Since he had become Ellin, this couple were now his parents as well.

He forced himself to look as though nothing was wrong, then smiled gently and said, "Mom, Dad, I'm fine. Sorry for worrying you."

Hearing their daughter say she was fine, the middle-aged man and woman finally breathed sighs of relief, though their faces remained deeply concerned.

A cool breeze suddenly stirred in the pink room. It grew stronger and stronger until a small storm formed indoors.

As the storm grew, the temperature in the room plummeted. Frost coated the walls decorated with pink fawns, accompanied by a series of creaks and crackles as they froze.

Ice and snow danced in the storm around Ailin.

Then a Vision glowing with icy blue light and a beautiful large bow materialized out of the swirling ice and snow, falling into Ailin's arms.
