In Sky City, Insanity looked up at the oversized Sonic.EXE clone holding her.
"You think... this will work on me?"
Just moments ago, the light in that terrifying hedgehog's hand had teleported everyone in different directions, while Insanity had been sent to an island in Sky City.
As though it had been ready all along, an oversized, terrifying hedgehog had grabbed Insanity the moment she appeared.
"You can't escape your destiny."
The oversized hedgehog's head flew free of its spine and spoke to Insanity in a mocking tone.
"...Fine..."
Insanity closed her eyes. A long while later, when she opened them again, the oversized, terrifying hedgehog was startled to discover that her pupils had shrunk.
"This show... has only just begun!!!"
A barrage of bone spikes shot toward the oversized hedgehog's hand as it held Insanity. Though it immediately pulled its hand away, some of the spikes still struck it.
Insanity, however, showed no fear. She knocked away the bone spikes approaching her with a few punches, then pushed off the floor and sprang into the air.

Giant Shock Waves appeared before Insanity, aiming precisely at the oversized hedgehog, seemingly ready to fire at any moment.
But the oversized hedgehog was no pushover either. It raised its head toward Insanity, powerful energy building inside its mouth.

Yet Insanity was not worried in the slightest that her attack would be overwhelmed.

Insanity clapped her hands. At once, more Shock Waves cannons emerged from the void, scattered throughout Sky City, every last one aimed at the oversized hedgehog.
At the sight, the oversized hedgehog immediately sensed trouble and forcibly cut off its own energy beam.
That allowed Giant Shock Waves' energy to strike the oversized hedgehog directly.
