The reason Linde had gone to buy that Music Box left Frisk unsure whether to laugh or cry.

It was simply because Linde was far too bored!

Just imagine a modern person suddenly transported to ancient times or another world, without the phone that had always been at their side. It would feel as though they had lost touch with the entire world.

The familiar social media, exciting games, and convenient means of communication were all gone. It was like being thrown into a barren desert, swallowed instantly by loneliness and emptiness.

And for Linde, his current circumstances only made matters worse.

Before, he had at least been able to pass the time exploring magic and find some enjoyment in it.

So Linde had insisted on buying the Music Box, definitely not because he wanted to get hit!

Yes! Definitely not!

With that thought, Linde stood up, clutching his chest, and went with Frisk to find Carlret.

Whether Linde had forgotten or something else was going on, he actually hadn't used the Life Soul Reaction Formula on himself.

Afterward, the two children followed close behind Carlret as they headed south.
