Standing beside him, Frisk stared wide-eyed at Linde's enthusiastic sales pitch, looking utterly confused and muttering inwardly.
What on earth was this guy up to? Why had he suddenly come here to set up a stall? And wasn't everything he'd just said a load of meaningless nonsense?
At that thought, Frisk couldn't help stepping forward to ask what was going on.
Just then, however, Linde seemed to notice Frisk approaching and promptly shot him several meaningful looks.
At the sight, the corner of Frisk's mouth twitched. Without another word, he turned away, ready to leave this trouble spot behind.
Seeing Frisk walk away without looking back, Linde had no choice but to keep hawking his wares alone.
Gradually, some monsters were drawn in by Linde's calls. They gathered around curiously, wanting to see just what kind of food could command such a steep price.

The food came from the Resort. Both its presentation and flavor were first-rate, and a single glance was enough to whet anyone's appetite.
"Come on over and have a taste! We've prepared free samples especially for today. Everyone, give them a try!" Linde warmly called out to the surrounding monsters.
At the word "free," the hesitant monsters' eyes instantly lit up. They swarmed Linde's stall, scrambling to pick up food from the plate and taste it.
