"A daughter of the Evans family would never bargain with scum!

Never!"

Petunia's roar echoed through the unusually constructed church.

All the laughter stopped dead. The Death Eaters' mocking expressions froze on their faces.

Huddled in a corner, Dudley suddenly let out a shrill squeal like a pig being slaughtered.

Then the chubby boy really did charge like a wild boar, head down, tears and snot streaming as he rushed toward his mother.

The Death Eaters were far too close to Dudley. Caught off guard, they could only scramble backward or draw their wands in confusion.

Afraid of hitting one another, none dared attack. Dudley knocked one man aside, threw himself onto the floor, and snatched up the wand the Death Eaters had carelessly tossed there, just as he had once done when using Harry's head as a target for baseball practice.

The holly wand spun through the air, just like during practice at the Duelling Club.

Harry always had to catch the wands he disarmed from his opponents. Instinctively, he leaped up and caught it.

Zhang Xiao's words seemed to echo in his ears again:

"Most wizards still rely on their eyes to see. When you're facing a lot of enemies, running away is always your best option.

"My advice is to find a way to block their vision. For example-Fumos. It can at least buy you a brief respite."

In that split second, Harry felt everything around him slow down. He saw the Death Eaters cursing, spittle flying from their mouths.

He saw Dudley cover his head while the furious Death Eaters pointed their wands at him.

He even saw Voldemort standing there, showing no intention of moving, simply watching him with those scarlet eyes.

Why wasn't he moving?

Harry didn't know, but relief welled up inside him.
