"Riiip!"

It was the familiar opening of a Killing Curse. Voldemort had clearly learned his lesson from the last round and no longer tried to anticipate his movements.

Brilliant golden light instantly flared over Zhang Xiao's body as he dodged sideways.

Two spells had already flown out with a swing of his arms. The Thunderstruck Wood Wand was rather displeased that its master had acquired another new favorite.

But perhaps it could sense the murderous intent boiling within its master. After two slight tremors to express its displeasure, it lay obediently in his hand once more.

The Elder Wand was far more aggressive. It wanted nothing more than to teach the man opposite a brutal lesson. As a wand that followed only the stronger wizard, it had been supremely happy in Dumbledore's hand.

That power, that overwhelming power, was unlike anything the Elder Wand had experienced in its thousand years of existence.

And so it wanted revenge.

Spells flowed smoothly from its tip. With barely any effort, Zhang Xiao could already feel the Elder Wand's power.

It was a rare amplification-type wand, capable of greatly enhancing a spell's power. Although he had cast this spell with all the strength he could muster in his normal state, its power was at least half of what he could produce at his absolute peak.

The Thunderstruck Wood Wand, on the other hand, was a composite-type wand. Its capabilities were much more comprehensive, it suited him better, and it felt smoother to use.

Voldemort flicked his wand with extraordinary dexterity, deflecting both spells.

The mocking smile had vanished from his face, replaced by a vicious grimace. Even now, Voldemort could not understand how his flawlessly concealed Horcruxes had been discovered.

If it had been only one or two, he could have called it coincidence.
