The Siren's song was gone, replaced by countless hallucinations.
John fell into contemplation as he watched Snape tap-dance across his deck.
"This thing is a bit like a Boggart," he said, rubbing his chin. "But Boggarts draw on fear, while this thing draws on the impressions in people's minds."
