Thor had not left the City of Omniscience outright. Instead, he stayed on its outskirts, watching what happened inside.
As he watched the buildings collapsing in the center of the City of Omniscience and the enormous figures towering over them, he finally understood the gap in strength between himself and his father.
Standing beside Thor, Jane gazed toward the City of Omniscience with concern and said, "Yang Bo was too impulsive. If he wanted the Bun God, he could have done it quietly..."
Thor sighed. He considered Yang Bo powerful, and Yang Bo possessed special abilities, but he did not believe Yang Bo could fight his way out of the City of Omniscience.
Countless gods lived there. Aside from the masses of low-ranking gods who merely made up the numbers, there were vast numbers of mid-ranking gods and a handful of high-ranking ones.

Valkyrie fiddled with the Bun God she had brought out of the temple and said without looking up, "I don't know Yang Bo that well, but he doesn't strike me as someone who would get himself killed."
"He must have been confident to do something like this."
"Otherwise, he wouldn't have put his own woman in danger. Didn't you see how Skye left just now? They have the power to leave whenever they want."
Thor nodded slightly. Suddenly, a ball of white light rose into the air with a thunderous rumble and circled above the ruins of the Golden Temple.
A power that made their hearts tremble radiated from that white light.
"What is that thing?"
